The U.S. media's attempts to of its own study of Florida's vote count magnifies the corrupting influence of multinational companies' control of media outlets. "Under any standard that tabulated all disputed votes statewide, Gore would have erased Bush's advantage and emerged with a tiny lead that ranged from 42 to 171 votes." If only they make it so clear in the other stories covering these same numbers...
